Meet Joahnna, an extraordinary 18-year-old high school student who embodies the essence of determination and unwavering commitment. With her sights set firmly on her goals, Joahnna exudes a remarkable level of dedication, strength, and diligence that sets her apart from most. From the classroom to extracurricular activities, she approaches every endeavor with a tenacity that fuels her success. Joahnna's relentless pursuit of her dreams serves as an inspiration to those around her, showcasing the remarkable potential of a young individual with an unwavering drive to achieve greatness.

A Smooth and Learning Transition to Adulthood

With 18 years of experience under her belt, Joahnna continues to pick up newfound wisdom and knowledge along the way. Her priorities, outlook, and worldview have all shifted significantly from a year ago as a result of her approach to life as a long highway full of lessons to learn. It's funny, Johanna says, how a year can alter one's perspective.

Joahnna reflects that she will miss her high school years and the times she spent playing outside with her friends as a child. She believes that adulthood will force her to face genuine "adulting" issues, but she will miss the petty-minded ones she faced as a child.

Entering womanhood, Joahnna is is focused on reaching her goals. "I want to make it big in the field I've chosen", she declares. "I hope to accomplish a lot in life. I intend to succeed in life.

Embracing her Dalaga Years with Open Arms

Excited and giddy about the future especially being a woman coming of age, Joahnna is also having a tinge of bittersweet feeling. For one, she worries about her parents who will now have to let go of her little by little. Joahnna, however, has her sights set on the future, and she plans to do it in part making her mom and dad proud by making good choices and hard efforts to realize her dreams.

"My family is my rock", Joahnna proclaims. Our debutante says that her parents encouraged her to follow her passions, and she also says that she considers her past mistakes and missteps as her number one source of lesson and wisdom.

Imagining Herself in the Future

After taking up a Tourism course in College, Joahnna sees herself traveling extensively and working for an airline company ten years from now. According to her, exploring the world and understanding the many cultures is another way of improving one's life perspectives. She also pictures herself being incredibly pleased with the actions she would make to get her to a terrific place in the future. "I want to be a strong, independent, healthy, and, more importantly, a happy woman" she says.

When asked about her love life, Joahnna said that she is in not in a rush of having a boyfriend but is open to the possibility of meeting someone in the near future with whom she can vibe with.

A Walk into Womanhood to Remember

Joahnna's 18th birthday and debut represented all the blessings she had received in her life. Reflecting all the support she got from her family and friends to the love and goodness she was fortunate to have experienced, Joahnna describes her big day as a truly surreal one.

To Joahnna, her 18th birthday symbolized the first of many bridges she will have to cross to achieve the kind of life she wants. Taking the first steps towards womanhood is just the beginning of an exciting ride.

Life from now on won't come easy as evident during her debut's planning stages. "It was like a roller coaster ride", Joahnna says recalling the weeks leading up to her 18th birthday. Fortunately, despite all the challenges that was heightened by the pandemic restrictions, her debut ended up happening successfully.

It was indeed a night for the books as Joahnna relished her celebration surrounded by people she loves, listening to their speeches and watching everybody dance. “I'll never forget the genuine smiles on everyone's faces as they celebrated my birthday; it made my heart burst with excitement."

To Joahnna, being a lady now entails being accountable for her actions and that she cannot hide behind a child's mischief anymore. Yes, she feels terrified but with the education and support she continues to have, Joahnna is looking forward to the next chapter with zeal and a determination to live life to the fullest.
