Yesha Pagunsan, Climbing the World by Walking One Catwalk at a Time

Yesha at 15 is a stunning model who is already creating waves in the fashion industry. Yesha, who despite her young age, has already spent an astounding nine years working as a model. Her career kicked off when, at the early age of five, she walked down a catwalk and captivated spectators with her composure and confidence. Her love for the industry developed as she did, and she eventually began mentoring aspiring and teen models. Professionals in the field took notice of Yesha's knowledge and natural aptitude, and before long, she was in the unusual position of running her own modeling school even though she is still a teenager. Yesha has become a role model for aspiring models thanks to her ability to combine youthful enthusiasm with an unrivaled mastery of the industry.

With a Little Help from Her Inspirations

Yesha would not be where she is today without her many inspirations, the most important of which is her mother, who was among the first to believe in her potential and talents.

Despite the many difficulties her family encountered together, her mother was always there for her. Another of Yesha's biggest inspiration is TV host turned beauty queen Herlene Nicole Budol, the recently crowned Binibining Pilipinas 1st runner-up. According to Yesha, Herlene "never gave up and proved those people that she could be a queen too by giving her best in the competition" despite the fact that many people doubted her talents.

Yesha Showing up Big-time

Yesha has achieved numerous fashion accomplishments throughout her career. She represented the Philippines in modeling at the World Championships of Performing Arts (WCOPA) held in Anaheim, California. In addition, she was crowned Miss Supermodel Australia in 2022. Yesha also served as a model endorser for Edwin Lisa Brows and Aesthetics Clinic in Montalban and became the youngest model endorser for Pleasentz International Perfume. She further endorsed beauty and fashion businesses in Montalban and worked as a mentor and coach for Fashion Deluxe Modeling Management.

Yesha's expertise as a modeling coach and mentor extended to Casa de Trends, where she mentored aspiring models. She was crowned Ms. Mannequin Grand Winner 2017 in Makati and Ms. Unifurs Grand Winner 2017 in Alabang, winning awards for Best in Long Gown, Best in Swimwear, and Best in Casual Wear. She was also appointed as Modelo Icon Ambassadress and Modelo Icon Fierce Princess. Yesha emerged as the grand winner of the Modelo Icon Catwalk 2016 competition and the Runway Shining Shimmering competition in Alimall in 2019. She achieved the title of Modelo Pilipina 2019 1st Runner Up. Yesha's passion for fashion extended beyond traditional modeling, as she became the youngest professional pet fashionista. She graced the pages of various magazines, including Real Bride Magazine, Travel Life & Experience Magazine, Animal Scene Magazine, and F Magazine. Yesha's talent was recognized when she was adjudged Noel's Bazaar Talent Contest Grandwinner in 2018. She also became a semi-finalist in Wowowin's Dupidapdap segment in GMA 7 and appeared in an indie film. These accomplishments demonstrate Yesha's versatility and success in the fashion industry.

Additionally, Yesha had the opportunity to feature as a model in a Real Bride Magazine photoshoot on August 29, 2022, further expanding her portfolio and visibility within the industry.

Yesha has achieved several notable accomplishments outside of her modeling career. She has constantly excelled academically, earning the distinction of being a consistent honor student in her school. In addition to her academic achievements, Yesha has showcased her talents as a dancer and model within her school, demonstrating her versatility and passion for the arts.

Her talent and reputation as a model have also garnered recognition beyond her school. Yesha has been invited as a guest model for various prestigious events and fashion shows. She participated in the Halpaa modeling event at Paco Park, which celebrated the park's 200th anniversary. She was also invited to showcase her modeling skills at the Philippine Summit in 2022, Denim Daze at Resorts World Manila, and Fashion Forte at Crowne Plaza Manila just to name a few.

Through her academic achievements, dance performances, and numerous guest modeling invitations, Yesha has established herself as a multi-talented individual with a diverse range of accomplishments beyond the world of modeling.

The Future is Bright for this Teen Model

After serving as class President in her school last year, Yesha is also a member of the Liturgical Arts and Creative Ministry at her local church in Montalban.  She is also a Fashion Deluxe Modeling Management modeling tutor. Even though Yesha leads a hectic life between her artistic career and education, she is committed to her cause of helping orphanage children with disabilities.

Asked to characterize herself, Yesha simply describes herself as a normal 15-year-old youngster who dabbles in modeling while also growing herself as an artist, singer, and dancer. She sees her as a strong, driven lady who is determined in all she does and enjoys. She also enjoys educating children and teenagers who want to be models. "I enjoyed sharing my experiences and knowledge with them in order to help them improve," Yesha remarked. "Modeling is my passion, but studies come first." "Everything happens at the right time and in the right place, and my time will shine someday," she adds.
